“Questa è la visione della Giunta – ha detto -, ogni proposta dovrà passare dal Consiglio comunale” e il possibile stop al fumo potrebbe essere introdotto “attraverso un’ordinanza, se viene approvato il regolamento che conterrà regole su tanti aspetti, perché il vero rischio è che si riduca” la questione ambientale “a traffico e riscaldamento, ma c’è altro” come ad esempio fuochi d’artificio o i forni a legna delle pizzerie. “Devono essere introdotti molti obblighi perché ciascuno faccia la sua parte”, ha concluso Sala.
