I carabinieri del Ros e del comando provinciale di Enna hanno eseguito in Italia e in Germania una misura cautelare, emessa dal gip del tribunale di Caltanissetta su richiesta della locale procura distrettuale, a carico di 46 indagati accusati di associazione di tipo mafioso, associazione finalizzata al traffico e allo smercio di stupefacenti, estorsioni, corruzione aggravata dall’aver favorito l’associazione mafiosa e detenzioni di armi da fuoco. Contestualmente è stato notificato anche un sequestro di beni per un valore di oltre un milione di euro. Estorsioni ai danni di imprese e attività commerciali con attentati incendiari e danneggiamenti, ma anche con l’imposizione di contratti di affitto o l’assunzione di personale ‘gradito’. Ma anche il condizionamento della procedura di affidamenti diretti di servizi da parte del Comune di Barrafranca (Enna) a favore di un’impresa ‘amica’. I dettagli dell’operazione saranno illustrati nel corso della conferenza stampa che si terrà alle ore 11.00 presso l’aula magna del tribunale di Caltanissetta, alla quale parteciperanno il procuratore di Caltanissetta, Amedeo Bertone, e il comandante del Ros, generale di divisione Pasquale Angelosanto.
