Leggo su molti organi di informazione che la Conferenza Stato-Regioni ha varato un decreto che potrebbe rendere illegale la pianta che ho in mano. Si tratta di Cannabis light, una pianta che ha lo stesso effetto drogante della camomilla. L’ho comprata regolarmente, mi è stato fatto uno scontrino, ho pagato con la carta. In casa ne ho moltissima, mi è stata regalata da alcune aziende italiane che la producono nella più assoluta legalità, sottostando a regole severissime, dando lavoro a decine di migliaia di persone che, come me, presto potrebbero diventare dei delinquenti. Chiedo allo Stato, alle forze dell’ordine, cosa devo fare. Costituirmi? Chiedo allo Stato che reato avrei commesso acquistando una pianta secca non dannosa per la mia salute e che non dà nessun tipo di dipendenza, al contrario di molti farmaci regolarmente venduti in farmacia, dei quali in questo periodo di pandemia si riscontra un uso pericoloso. Una sostanza meno pericolosa dell’alcol, il cui abuso crea malattie e morti. Chiedo allo Stato perché si possa liberamente comprare e vendere l’uva, ben più pericolosa della sostanza che ho tra le dita.
Questo chiedo, aspettando di diventare un delinquente, aspettando di veder chiudere centinaia di aziende agricole, aspettando di veder vincere gli interessi di chi con le sostanze droganti, quelle vere, ci campa e ci fa campare.
