Secondo quanto si apprende, l’operazione che vede impegnati più di 200 militari, con il supporto di unità aeree e di cash dog della Guardia di Finanza, coordinata dal Sostituto Procuratore Paolo Mazza di Pavia.
Una complessa operazione che sta sradicando un’organizzazione criminale che nel corso di diversi anni ha frodato circa 143 milioni di euro di contributi pubblici.
Durante queste ore le fiamme gialle stanno eseguendo perquisizioni, nonché sequestri di rapporti bancari, quote societarie, veicoli, immobili e terreni del valore di diversi milioni di euro in capo agli indagati, accusati dei reati di associazione a delinquere, truffa aggravata ai danni dello Stato, false fatturazioni e responsabilità amministrativa degli enti.
