Un impero che è riuscito ad imporre usi, costumi e religione di una società più avanzata rispetto ad altri popoli del tempo e suddividendo gli stessi è riuscito a creare un dominio stratificato. La nostra società ha necessariamente bisogno di una stratificazione, ma non in questi termini: la stratificazione deve essere la suddivisione dei compiti che ogni cittadino deve avere per creare un meccanismo stabile nel quale ogni ruolo è fondamentale per tenere in piedi quella struttura che chiamiamo società. Ognuno ha un suo ruolo e ogni ruolo è indispensabile senza alcuna differenza. Questo concetto molto semplice sembra ormai irrealizzabile perché il singolo preso all’interno della massa pensa di avere maggiore importanza, potere e influenza, senza pensare che da soli non si va da nessuna parte. Ogni nostra azione dovrebbe tendere ad un fine comune, ma finché questo principio non si fisserà nella testa di molti, continueremo a combattere gli uni contro gli altri, realizzando gli obiettivi di chi ci muove ogni giorno come semplici pedine.
